Song/Video Usage Policy

This song/video policy does not apply to YonKaGor's collaborations and covers.
For that, you will have to ask both of the collaborators.Please note this usage policy might change in the future.

Songs/Videos publicly available on YonKaGor’s YouTube channel

Allowed:

  • Background music to your content on social media. (Dances, animations, etc)

  • Free mods for an existing game.

  • Stream background music*

  • Covers on social media (YouTube, Instagram, etc)

  • Covers in real life

  • Silly GIFs/Memes of a YonKaGor MV

  • Frame from art/music video as your social media profile picture

  • Frame from art/music video for social media post and wiki sites.

*Some of my songs before “Memory Merge” might get you a DMCA on twitch. Please dispute it if you do.

Ask First:

  • Projects that will be commercially available

  • Samples for your own music

  • Covers on streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc)

  • Reposting on other platforms (bilibili, etc)

  • Anything else not listed

Not Allowed:

  • Political campaigns

  • Hateful content*

  • YonKaGor's icon as your social media profile picture**

*Excluding criticism of my music, you are free to criticise my music as long as your content isn't hateful towards people.**If you are making a parody account, please make sure your icon is discernible and/or edited enough from YonKaGor's original profile picture. If you are unsure, ask me.

Songs/Videos not available on YonKaGor’s YouTube channel

Allowed:

  • Recordings of unreleased songs from a YonKaGor LIVE performance (eg. "I Still Create")

Not Allowed:

  • Anything else*

*You might get a takedown notice.

Please note that even if the songs are unreleased or deleted, I still own copyright to my own works.Q: "I've posted something with these songs in the past! What do I do?"
A: At most, I will put a takedown notice and you will have to delete it before the date provided. You are free to keep it up until then or if I tell you to take it down.

Character Usage Policy

This character policy does not apply to YonKaGor's derivatives of other people's characters such as Kenny (Sandbar), Mello (Colorpencil), etc.
For that, you will have to ask both of the owners.Please note this usage policy might change in the future.

  • Fanart

  • Animations

  • Character derivatives*

  • Shipping my characters with each other**

*As long as your character is not too similar to my own character, I will have no problems. If your character is extremely similar due to it being a derivative of my character, please contact me before using them commercially.

The line between sfw to suggestive is not very clear.
